A WEATHERIZATION CREW LEADER ensures the quality of installation and performance of prescribed energy efficiency upgrades. The Crew Leader oversees the weatherization technicians and participates in the installation of measures, acts as the on-site program and company representative to customers and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.

An ENERGY AUDITOR analyzes and evaluates the home's performance based on appropriate building science techniques, including using advanced diagnostic equipment and modeling software to determine the energy conservation measures to be installed.

A QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR verifies compliance of retrofit work performed based on work plans and standards through inspection of completed and in-progress dwellings, conduct audits and inspections using diagnostic equipment to develop reports specifying corrective actions to achieve whole house performance.
